When do I receive my Commission Credit?
You receive your Commission Credit during closing.
How does the Seller Credit work?
Partially due to our “winning strategy” we have been successful in negotiating credits from the Seller to help our Buyer clients with closing costs and improvements. This strategy reduces the amount of cash our Buyer clients need to have available at closing and after for needed improvements.
Is there an income restriction to receive the Commission Credit?
No. The Commission Credit is available to all regardless of their income level.
