They have access to a ton of different loan options which makes shopping around a lot easier. Also, they have a home-buying program where they can also act as the realtor. We just needed to find the home ourselves (easy enough!) and then they help navigate all of the paperwork. With this program, they were able to put a percentage of their commission towards closing costs. Lastly, I'm a first-time home buyer. We recently completed a second home refinance with them and I cannot say enough great things about how they conduct business. It was late afternoon when I had spoke to Joel about options that we had with our situation and telling him that we would like to proceed. When do I receive my Commission Credit?

You receive your Commission Credit during closing.

How does the Seller Credit work?

Partially due to our “winning strategy” we have been successful in negotiating credits from the Seller to help our Buyer clients with closing costs and improvements.  This strategy reduces the amount of cash our Buyer clients need to have available at closing and after for needed improvements.

Is there an income restriction to receive the Commission Credit?

No. The Commission Credit is available to all regardless of their income level.
